The WHO
COMPASS ROSE is owned and operated by Caroline, Cameron, and Nick. We met during our studies at Trent University and found kinship in our shared love of always learning, expanding, and pushing our limits. This connection went beyond our specific interests - it was rooted in a shared mindset of taking on any challenge and giving it our all.
In 2017, we reunited and that kinship was rekindled. We came up with the idea to create something that would allow us to put our whole heart and soul into our efforts. Something that would give us a way to take our talents and push them as far as we could. A way to always grow.
And so, Compass Rose was born.
We have spent the last decade putting all our efforts into creating two things: a world-class venue that has been designed and built with an unmistakable look and feel; and a business structure to match it.
